RETURN POLICY
We are happy to return or exchange unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of receipt. Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact. Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent), as Dressalley cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will be able to issue your refund within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice through return form.. For international returns please mark clearly on your return invoice "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this any taxes incur will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper. 

EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges must be received to our office within 14 days of receiving your order. Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent) to exchange the item.Dressalley cannot accept liability for any items not received, all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to fulfil your exchange request. If your desired replacement item is no longer available we will help you find another item you like, or process a refund if the item falls within our return policy. For international returns please mark clearly on your return invoice "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this any taxes incur will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper. 
OUR PRODUCTS
Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, the images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products, your products may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site are approximate.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any original postage cost, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the package too. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt, for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order at any time before the expiry of the period of seven working days, beginning the day after you place your order. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 14 (fourteen) working days in which you may cancel, starting from the day you receive the order. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or, for any other reason, you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can return the cancelled items to us. We will do our best to fulfil your exchange request. If your desired replacement item is no longer available we will help you find another item you like, or process a refund if the item falls within our return policy. To cancel your order, please contact us via email or telephone. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation as described above. You will be provided with email notification when your refund has been processed. You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition. Unless the order is faulty or not as described (in this case, see Damaged of Defective Goods), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. If you want to return or exchange your order, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country. We recommend that you ask the Post Office or other carrier for proof of posting and insure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. For international returns please mark clearly on your return invoice "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this if any taxes incur it will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.  Dress alley dose not take any responsibilities to rearrange a delivery on any shipment for, which a delivery have been attended by the parcel company.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
At Dressalley we are committed to selling only first-quality fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email us at returns@dressalley.com within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. You can return goods which are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose to us by posting them to the Return and Exchange address. If you have returned the products to us in accordance with our return policy because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. This provision will not affect your statutory rights.

PAYMENTS
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. You must be able to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Dressalley, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 


ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions and other notices elsewhere on our website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of products. No other terms or conditions will form part of the Contract, unless agreed by us in writing and signed by an authorised Dressalley employee.
OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONSWe have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.

 

OTHER GENERAL TERMS
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
Please note that orders that do not have full payment will NOT be processed orders with fraudulent information will NOT be processed.  We ship all orders witin 3-4  working days please check the utem discription regarding the delivery details. there will be an extra charge for express shipping service, Please check the item description.  If you need any other type of special delivery, please note it in the comments section at the instant you place your order/item with us.   We also highly recommend that all customers/clients take out suitable insurance for all packages, as we do not offer this as standard on any packages or items irregardless of its monetary value.   For order instructions given via telephone or internet liability to give Dressalley accurate and correct sizes/measurements lies soley with the customer, should they choose not to visit the shop premises in person to have their measurements verified and documented by a trained Dressalley staff member.  In the event that the sizes/measurements recorded with an accepted order change significantly due to but not limited to, pregnancy, ill-health, dietary issues, medication/medical reasons etc, we cannot be liable for such changes to the sizes/measurements, the customer is fully liable to ensure that we receive correct and accurate sizes/measurements in respect of any orders upon acceptance by Dressalley. 

Customers/Clients who decide to take completed items/orders to other dressmakers/seamstresses, Tailors etc are fully liable for any damage so caused to any Item(s)/order(s) by these third party(ies). Dressalley reserve the right to refuse further patronage to such customer(s)/client(s) and it remains at the sole discretion of Dressalley to accept any such damaged item(s)/order(s) and will levy an appropriate charge which shall be paid in full, and in cleared funds before any work will be accepted and commenced on the damaged item(s)/order(s).

Bridal and costume made items

For orders/items placed or requested in person, at the shop premises, the customer must visit at least 3 times; such vistation is to be done, within the following guidelines; First visit when the order is placed and acceped by Dressalley, Second visit to occur within 2~3 weeks of the first visit for trial, inspection and feedback. Third visit to occur within 10~15days of the second visit for trial, inspection and feedback.  A Fourth visitation within a week to collect item(s)/order subject to full payment being received as cleared funds by Dressalley. In the event that any customer does not make the visits/ fittings as advised we shall not held liable to any extent for any item(s)/order(s) that may not fit, may be of an incorrect colour, hue, or fabric type and quality. Customers/Clients may provide Dressalley with fabric or material of their own selection and procurement however this will be subject to our discretion.  All such privately-supplied material and fabric must be sufficient to, in our sole judgement, allow Dressalley manufacture and fulfill the order(s) without undue difficulties or restraint.

As a condition of sale, we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items on dispatch from the our premises.  Dressalley cannot be held liable and responsible for problems arising due to item(s) and article(s) of clothing/adornment having been improperly maintained, stored, catered for, and worn by the customer/client.  To provide our clients with brand new merchandise that has never been worn, we cannot accept return of any items/orders That have been worn or damaged. 

Once an order is received and accepted as final by us, any changes/modifications to the item/order that the customer may request for before dispatch, will be subject to our discretion and the customer is fully liable for payment of any extra charges before any such modifications/changes to the original accepted order may be accepted by us. This condition of sale also applies to in-store purchases.  You wouldn't want a dress that was returned back to us and we wouldn't send a dress out that was already "pre-owned".  This is a standard policy for ALL special occasion dresses industry wide. 

Consultation:  DressAlley is happy to discuss any and all aspects of Clothing/Dress design and manufacture, including collecting measurements during order placement. Please note that charges are applicable for this service, and must be made in full, in cleared funds, in British Pound Sterling (£) to Dressalley. Once Dressalley has confirmed receipt, orders are considered as accepted and Dressalley will proceed to begin fufillment of the accepted order, again subject to the terms given within this document in the payments section.

We are more than happy to answer any questions or assist you in anyway that may be helpful in making your final selection, however once the order is placed and accepted, all sales are final. Whilst, we make our best effort to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, ultimately, we cannot be held responsible in the event of dissatisfaction with the final items on receipt by any customer(s)/client(s).

Children Furniture and Made to Measure Clothing:

Custom Made or made to order items like personalised gifts, any of the furniture, fabric etc are made especially for you and therefore are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

All Sales are considered to be final on Special Order items. No Refunds, Returns or exchanges are accepted. Special order items include but are not limited to: (1) made to order items (2) styles, sizes or colors not listed on our site but are available from our designer brands (3) any single item valued at £1 or more (4) custom made items (5) items that are not in stock in our warehouse or the designer warehouse and must be ordered in by the designer

Payments - This is as detailed below;

For Shoes & Accessories: Full payment in Cleared funds to be received by Dressalley before sale and delivery of these items.

For All Clothing items: Full payment in Cleared funds to be received by Dressalley before sale and delivery of these items.

Delivery: Courier can be arranged subject to request and extra charge(s) will be levied in accordance with the courier service used.

In person – Dressalley will charge FROM £300 per delivery within the United Kingdom.

Post-subject to item(s) and postage charges as levied by the postal agencies.

Conduct and Behavior:  Dressalley maintains a ZERO tolerance policy to If any disputes arise in the course of our mutual dealings, we can address such issues. For any and all issues they must be detailed and presented in writing to Dressalley within 24 hours of receipt of such item(s)/orders. Please note that any customers who initiate, make and perform any acts of violence be it of a verbal, abusive, physical nature as well as threats made against any staff, agents, or representatives of Dress alley will not be tolerated at all and legal action pressing for the strongest possible penalties will be pursed vigorously against such individual(s).  Defamation, False accusations and misrepresentation(s), Slander and Libelous acts committed against Button Creations shall not be condoned and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law within the appropriate governing jurisdiction. The inherent right of Dressalley to inform the Police regarding any and all such incidents will be actively exercised.

Customs Fees – Please note that we ship some orders from the UK and some from the US depending on where the stock is. Shipments from the UK and US are subject to Federal import regulations which can incur duties and taxes levied as the parcels enter the country. DRESSALLEY DOSE NOT TAKE  ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THESE CHARGES; IT IS THE COSTUMER RESPONSIBILITY TO CLEAR BOTH SHIPPING AND CUSTOM CHARGES.

Further terms and conditions as derived from English law will apply and for the purposes of any transactions entered into by customers/clients with Dressalley English law shall govern all rights, disputes, covenants and agreements entered into.  Immediately, a transaction is entered into by a client/customer with Dressalley English law becomes legal binding and applicable on all parties.
